## User Obligations
By accessing our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information about yourself as required during the service registration process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
## Payment
- Fees for our services are due at the time of registration or session booking.
- All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
##Refund:
Accidental Purchase Refund Policy:
If you accidentally purchase a product or service, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
Eligibility:
The accidental purchase must be reported within a reasonable time frame (usually within 24 hours of the transaction).
You must provide proof of the accidental purchase (such as a screenshot or transaction details).
Refund Process:
Contact our customer support immediately to report the accidental purchase to nutrifymeteam@gmail.com
We will verify the details and investigate the case.
If the accidental purchase is confirmed, we will process a refund.
Exceptions:
Refunds will not be provided if you have already used or consumed the product or service.
Refunds will not be granted for digital content (such as downloadable files) due to their nature.
Refunds will not be given if the accidental purchase was made intentionally or fraudulently.
No Refunds for Used Services:
If you have already used a service, we do not offer refunds.
Examples of Used Services:
Consumed digital content (e.g., streaming services, e-books, online courses).
Completed sessions (e.g., counselling, coaching, personal training).
Utilized subscription-based services (e.g., monthly memberships).
Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered if the service provider fails to deliver the service within the agreed-upon time frame.
Friend’s Purchase Refund Policy:
If a friend purchased on your behalf, the following rules apply:
Refund Responsibility: The friend who made the purchase is responsible for any refunds or issues related to the transaction.
Communication: You must communicate with your friend to resolve any issues or request refunds.
Proof of Authorization: If the friend acted with your authorization, refunds will be processed as per our standard policies.
Unauthorized Purchases: If a friend made an unauthorized purchase, contact our customer support immediately to report the issue.
## Cancellation Policy
There is a minimum subscription time of 3 months for Personal Training, and 3 months minimum subscription time for Personal Training and Sports nutrition combined.
And a minimum subscription time of 1 month for Sports Nutrition.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to the consultation cost.
## Intellectual Property
All content provided by Nutri.f.y.me Wellness, powered by Fitbudd including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
## Limitation of Liability
Nutri.f.y.me Wellness, powered by Fitbudd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Nutri.f.y.me Wellness, powered by Fitbud doesn’t take any responsibility for the no use of the purchased service.
Any advice and/or programs (Pro and/or free to use) provided by Nutri.f.y.me Wellness, powered by Fitbudd don’t replace the formal professional opinion and/or prescription regarding what a specific individual should or should not do to restore or preserve health.
## Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
